Rules and Regulations
  • Each condominium unit shall be used only as a residence for a single family as defined in the declaration.
  • Signs of any kind are not permitted in the common areas without permission from the Board of Directors.
  • There are two bulk pick-ups per year. No bulk items (furniture, mattresses, appliances, etc.) are to be put into the dumpsters or on the ground near the dumpsters.
  • Storm doors must conform to the Thompson Gardens West standards.
  • If a unit owner chooses to plant flowers or shrubs near his/her unit, he/she is responsible for maintaining these plantings.
  • Unit owners/tenants shall not make any unreasonable disturbing noise in the building or permit anything that will interfere with the reasonable rights, comforts or convenience of other unit owners.
  • All offensive or disturbing activity after 10:00 p.m. or prior to 7:00 a.m. shall be considered unreasonable.
  • Unit owners shall not change the color of any exterior portion of any building, deck, door, or such.
  • Soliciting of any kind is not allowed on the property.
  • Vehicle speed on the property is limited to 15 miles per hour.
  • The parking areas shall only be used to park passenger vehicles. All vehicles must be registered. After thirty (30) days, all unregistered vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
  • Motor vehicles belonging to unit owners are to be parked only in areas designated for their exclusive use. Extra parking spaces are only for temporary use of guests and invitees of unit owners.
  • Each townhouse owner may park three (3) vehicles on the property: one in the garage, one in front of the garage, and one in front of the front door. No additional vehicles are to be parked in visitor parking.
  • Each ranch owner may park two (2) vehicles on the property, one of which in a designated parking space.
  • All vehicles must be moved during snowstorms to allow for proper snow removal.
  • Only one pet is permitted per unit. Only owners may have pets on the property. Renters, tenants, and lessees may not keep any pets on the property.
  • Any pet creating a nuisance or unreasonable disturbance or noise shall be permanently removed from the property subject to these restrictions within three (3) days written notice from the Board of Directors.
  • Pets shall not be allowed outside of a unit except on a leash or being carried. Pets shall not be chained or left outside unattended.
  • No pet shall be permitted to relieve themselves in any of the common landscaped areas, paved walkways, parking lots, or roadways of the condominium. Only the non-landscaped areas on the perimeter of the condominium are to be used for such purposes. The pet's owner or handler is responsible for the immediate clean-up of their pet's waste.
  • All issues must be submitted in writing to the management company at the address listed on the Contact page.
